Apparently MS Word documents only contain the information that`s written, but this isn`t exactly true. They always store additional, hidden data about the person who has created that document. Some of that data is: document author, date, observations, keywords, etc.
Although sometimes this data is useful, other times you might prefer to keep your intimacy and privacy and keep that private and confidential information from others. To do this you just need a program called Doc Scrubber.
Doc Scrubber analyzes all the MS Word documents showing this hidden information, so you can delete it if you like. You can process multiple documents simultaneously. It works with Word 97, 2000 and XP.
